Let me choose manual, LFO or smooth random so they don't fight over the same parameter. In random mode let me set minimum, maximum, time between new targets and transition duration. Move gradually to each random target. If a new target arrives before the old transition finishes, continue from the current value. Stay inside the bounds. Show this movement. Include a slow wind-like setting I can try, using generated noise.
